Casual role

Approximately 2-5 Days a week

Flexible Hours between 9.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced software developer with expert knowledge in programming. You should be able to bring prior experience to each project.
You’ll be required to work independently and as part of a small group, both within our team and community network. You must be able to take a technical brief and bring it to life through your code.


You must consistently work to a high standard of professionalism, align your work with client briefs and stay on top of technology trends. We are looking to hire someone who we can integrate with our multi-disciplinary team and we’ll focus on fostering your career ambitions within your role.


Responsibilities and Duties

The Programmer role encompasses the following responsibilities and duties:

– Uses their extensive experience with coding to determine appropriate frameworks and language for a project
– Implements applications with information architecture that is clear, user-friendly and efficient
– Develops quality documentation for internal and end-users
– Confidently develops applications cross platform
– Has a strong knowledge in best practices of their industry
– Collaborates with digital designers and the Creative Director to implement UI and UX design requirements
– Knowledgeable of web accessibility guidelines and how to implement them


Essential Skills

– Demonstrated skill and experience in the following languages:
PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native
– Development experience on Android and iOS mobile platforms


Nice To Have Skills

– Previous experience in the development of apps in Unity
– Experience in Linux
– Experience in GIT/SVN
– Experience with WordPress
– Experience in cloud (Azure/AWS)


Ideally a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
